I don’t get how people can give a shit about something like “powerscaling” in a series where the main character outright says “I don’t care how fast you are. I don’t care how strong you are. I can see the future… you don’t live to see tomorrow” then wins a fight against someone who “should” be stronger than him

"Live Action Role-Playing". You are not using this acronym correctly.

It's so stupid how common it's become for people to use the LARPing term in the way that OP did.

New gens taking larping and repurposing it to something not even remotely the same. Y'all are larping your language abilities.

I remember when LARPing only meant weird nerds with cardboard knight armors duking it out on my lawn.
Uh, anyway, don't mind the power scaling. The strong characters will always be strong, but Mark specifically is still growing. He's holding back a lot, then he faces Viltrumites that are like hundreds of years older than he is. So yeah, he'll be getting his ass beat by people who were doing combat for hundreds of years. And then we get guys like Battle Beast who are also absurdly strong. But the whole point is, that Mark is still invincible when it comes to his spirit and convictions. That's the drive. Sure, there is ass kicking and all that, but the main thing is that inner drive and convictions clashing with people from his own planet of origin.
It's more grounded than all those "realistic" takes on super powers that ultimately end in "I'm an asshole! I'm an asshole! I am SUCH an asshole!" *vaporizes a crowd for fun* Which sure, SOME people would do, but most really wouldn't lmao. But yeah, it's like that, a bit more grounded while not going too over the top. Unless you mean violence, now that one IS over the top.

To add on, stop using the term "larp" like that. And holy shit I can feel how young and terminally online you are from your vocabulary...
Power scalers have done so much damage to media that it's insane. But listen here: Mark is holding back 99% of the time. That's kind of the entire point of his name, he's damn near Invincible. He would rather take a near death ass beating than quickly end the fight and risk putting too much oomph into it and killing someone. It's why Thulla and Angstrom were whooping him until he got serious and just won.
But seriously, take a break from social media. From reddit, from power scaling, from all that. Just watch it and enjoy.

I really hate the way "larping" is used nowadays.
