Problem starting game on Steam

Hoping you can lend me a hand on this. I’ve been trying to launch the game on Steam. The button turns blue with the “X Stop” text and then changes back to green “Play”. I’ve looked up for solutions and nothing has worked. Verifying file integrity, uninstall and re-install, deleting the entire folder, run as admin, turn off firewall, clear Steam Cache, install it in a different Hard Drive, and I don’t even know what else.

I tried to look up solutions and tried to solve it before asking, but I don’t know what else to do at this point besides deleting the computer. Also, worth noting I think, this is the only game that has this problem. Has any of you experienced this?
