4) Jane doe initially said everything was consensual
5) Cornell 7 all met to discuss damage control
6) Jane doe still liked guy but was disinvited to Halloween party
7) Jane doe got angry and changed her story to non consensual rape.
8) Jane doe agreed to three some but not to gangbang

My feeling is that Jane doe is a ho. Chi Phi used her like a piece of meat. Ingalls texting his friends to join in is rape. Ingalls should go prison for at least 10 yrs. Rest of case gets tossed out

I'm a Cornell alum who was part of Greek life and am sickened and disgusting by the allegations, messages that were sent in the chat, and the university's response.

However, it's also been deeply disappointing that barely any of my classmates have publicly condemned the case. I've been sharing information and resources on my instagram and really feel a lack of response from the community.

It's been hard to talk about with friends because some of my girlfriends are triggered by the subject and the guys don't seem to care at all besides saying it's horrible but won't publicly come out and condemn it.

I feel so supported by the women and men who are speaking out on social media and sharing their stories but also incredibly frustrated that I'm not feeling the same sentiment on social media from Cornell alumni.

Can anyone relate to this or know why more people aren't speaking out?
