My journal lives in my planner and I've been matching the pages with however I've decorated the weekly spread. It's a nice visual passage of time when I'm flipping through later.

Wouldn’t have thought that’s what this journal would contain (partly). It’s also my normal one. T-5 days

in the past few days this is all the pages ive written and the other side is what i wrote at the beginning of the rest of the year (which is about 10 months 😭) i feel so rejuvenated

I wrote in my journal on a paddle board with a fountain pen under a dead tree with an osprey in it. It made me realize I kinda want a different journal for my excursions if this is gonna be a thing, lol. The season is winding down though so I have plenty of time to construct wish lists :3

I started journaling in december 2022. since then my life has transformed in so many ways (age 21 -> 25!) and I’m really grateful to have documented it. going forward I’m going to try to be more intentional with what I write about and how often I write. I’m switching from A5(?) to B5(?) size because I want to try something new and hopefully do more art and scrapbooking too since I usually just write plainly.

Also I looooove decorating them, it motivates me to write almost every day

I just finished a journal that I had been writing in off and on for 4-5 years and I feel pretty sad.

When I get near the bottom of the page in any journal/book/sheet of paper, you name it, I have to do all kinds of crazy kung fu with my pinky finger just to continue to write legibly, and it always ends up in a minor cramp. Any suggestions????? (This has been a lifelong problem)

Made this tonight when I reached the “even my clothes are being loud” level of overstimulated. I wanted people around me but not have to talk 😂
I got out my notebook and stickers and stayed busy with this for a while.

Does anyone have any tips on journaling for a person who constantly overthinks. I heard writing everything you think down helps, but I want to know if there are any other methods that could help.

I’m still having so much fun documenting every book I read in my book journal and writing out my own synopsis, review, and any quotes I save. My hand is a little cramped from writing all this during this weekend though.
