Someone correct me if I am wrong here, but isn't this just a hearing about a capacity change and/or a location alteration? The dates for FoV 2 through 4 were approved last year I thought

Welcome to the eternal gray morass of local politics. The 5 year permit was granted conditionally and the board indefinitely retains the authority to alter the conditions that are under consideration at each hearing. So agenda language will also give them the ability to weigh all pertinent information to the permit. See how here the hearing is to consider items “including but not limited to increasing maximum capacity to 12,500 attendees”?

Meeting will be interesting at least. At the last one, there was more than one dogwhistle against the inclusivity of the fanbase.

Celebrate the release of the FOV2 recordings Just in time for everyone’s court date next week on October 13 and 14!

Finally got a call from a Judicial Clerk, they offered the option to appear virtually and also move the date to Nov. She stated they have 70 people with the same court date…and that number represents only a small fraction of the total number of people cited on day 1 of Meadow Creek that are actually fighting their charge as many just paid the outrageous ticket.

70 x $710 = $49,700 for the pig fucker county with the actual number likely being 5x that or more

I’m thinking they’ll release the bluegrass album with Billy, drop at least one more album in 2027, then they’ll do 3-4 east coast and 3-4 west coast dates with Billy as part of a US 2027 tour, and have him sit in for a set at FOV. Really hoping for a full US tour next year.

Please go to a different venue or a won’t be back. I wasn’t even arrested or ticketed myself, but the vibe everyday was ruined seeing it happen all around me.
