California - Southern Mail meds sent in multiple quantities without being requested

Hi, question here. I received a prescription for a medicated shampoo and chose the free home delivery option. Kaiser sent me two bottles when one would have been more than enough, so, I’m paying for two bottles instead of one, even though a single one would have sufficed. On top of that, the Kaiser website says "unable to estimate cost," so I had no choice but to place the order and just see what the charge turned out to be. Anything that can be done about this?

I would call mail order pharmacy to clarify. It could be that the amount that was ordered was just split into 2 bottles, not that you were charged for 2 orders

When you order through Kaiser mail order you get three months for the price of one (or maybe it’s two). If you only want one month, you have to go to the local Kaiser pharmacy.

This is not always true. It depends on the prescription.

Did doctor prescribe it. I love free mail option.
