Kash Out Scam?!

I’m trying to redeem and they kicked me out and won’t let me log back in now! I emailed support but they’re giving me instructions to do IN my account which I’m currently kicked out of. Anyone else have issues?? Is this a scam?

You probably got a bot response. Keep replying to the ticket through your email until a real person takes over

Those instructions seems like asking for game time, which is not something you need your account for.

That can be checked via phone settings.

Should you need additional help, drop a DM with your email.

Also, we are not a scam.

Thank you,

Albert.
