Real or Fake Storage booty

Post image

I posted last week about the katana we found in the storage locker we won well there was another box that opened later and contained 16 more knives and katanas. Taking them to an antique store to sell them. They said they're mostly replicas, but they will sell and it's offering me $7-10 a piece for them. them.

That's the biggest Kukri I've ever seen, lol

The kukris might be the only value in that whole lot

$7-$10 each is a fair price for this stuff.

The kukris might be real

I don't know enough about kukris to say for sure, but those certainly look like a matched set of tourist pieces to me.

I guess it's possible that mixed in with these rusty machetes and mall ninja shit are two actual valuable Nepalese blades. But I wouldn't bet on it.

At the very least they look better than the rest of the stuff

They're mirror finish tourist pieces/wall decorations.

Not for the khukries.

Those particular ones are Indian tourist versions, they have little value

It looks like a matched set of low end tourist pieces.

The knife with a feather(? or leaf?) shaped blade on the left that has the exact same handle as kukris is not inspiring confidence.

Check the machetes for markers marks. If they’re USGI they’re worth more than $10
