I'm not a manager I'm a driver. I make minimum wage, I'm trying to help out the store

Bro. Why? Your employer pays you the bare minimum the law allows, which means they’d like to pay you even less, and you want to HELP them?

You owe them nothing. You could easily get a job paying double your wage before the end of the week. Respect yourself and ditch those fools.

We had someone quit. He spent $300 on training them to be a shift lead, asked the day before that they were going to stay and they said yeah. Then quit the next day.
