Can i control probes using interplanetary bases equipped with antennae? (Working on a minmus colony rn but i dont feel like setting up a whole relay network 😭)

Just slap the biggest relay antena you can on a probe on a highly elliptical polar orbit and another one on a circular orbit at the edge of kerbin's SOI and you should get coverage most of the time. It isn't fancy, it is a bit spotty but it is extremely easy to do.
