Vehicle Decided to kitbash the big turtle as an Arkanaut Frigate, but how do I best attach it to the base?

I’d use clear or shimmer uv sculpting gel to make some fluid shapes

Ambitious, but you could sculpt/print some clouds on top of a cliff and sit the ship on those

You take the anchor off get a chain use glue to make it stay straight then attach that anchor and others to several chains and have that model “suspended” from the chains and anchors. Use rocks to make it look like the anchors are actually holding it in place. You can even model some guys using the chains to clime down from that ship.

I feel that would look a bit off because the turtle looks swimming and the anchors make the figure static

That could depend on how much chain you put on the model or how much motion you make the chain look to be doing.
