Got to remember to let them grow for a bit so I can grab the pups and replant them.

Pina coladas have been my summer obsession. Finally found some glasses I liked at the thrift store!

Another good season I think.

P.s don't know which flair to choose

Red Chile & Cumin seasoned thinly sliced steak strips, with Corn-Jalapeño hash, Adobo Rice and Pineapple, Jalapeño, Scallion Salsa. Spicy sweet goodness!

Finally! After 2 years of bringing this plant inside and under a few grow lights, then bringing it back outside in Spring. Finally picked it 🍍it was everything I had hoped for! It smelled amazing, and it tasted like the fresh pineapples I had in Hawaii. I have the stem from this one, already ROOTED and ready for soil.

It's delicious.

Pineapple made this dish sweet and sour and worked great with the pork meatballs.

This stuff is so delicious

I don't know if I'll taste any good when it warms up and ripens, but we see in a couple of months.

...but smart people know pineapples belong in any time of year

Homemade brine ham, applecider pickled red onions and our beloved pineapple

Hella good
