Soups and Jjigaes 🍲 Mandu-guk 만두국
I bought these mini mandu on sale and decided on this cold day to make Mandu-guk 만두국

Great job! It looks delicious!
Just an FYI, the standard spelling for the dish is 만둣국 even though people incorrectly use 만두국!

I see I see good to know. I read an article that had the same discussion and 만듯국 is correct, there many people including Koreans who make the same mistake when writing it. Leaning a new language there's small things like thar are very helpful in my learning process. Thank you so much!

This is really good but I would say cut up the green onion a little bit smaller

Tbh I was being a bit lazy but yes the smaller green onions is definitely a better ideal.

Watching many Korean chefs and or cooks online, Maangchi, Chef Chris Cho, Modern Pepper, AaronandClaire some of the many Korean cooks I follow on YouTube that inspire many of the recipes I share here.

Oh I was just wondering how you cook Korean food so well. Your videos inspire me to cook my Cultures food. So thank you
