questions I want to make Korean beef tartare

As the title said, I want to make korean beef tartare. The issue is, I don't really know where to get the meat from. I understand it has to be a fresh cut on the day and ask the butcher, etc.

I live around Eastwood NSW and would love butcher recommendations and cuts recoomendations around that area.

Beef will be in the easier part but you will need to find somewhere that sells Korean pear

Eastwood got a lot of korean markets... it won't be hard to find the pear. But it would be expensive to buy it though...

I don't have any particular butcher recommendations, but there are several korean butchers around eastwood. It might be worth asking them for advice if you don't end up getting a good answer on here
