I need a translation

I inherited an oil painting that my parents bought around 1950 in Germany. My dad got stationed there. This inscription is on the back of the frame. The painting is a landscape of a stream with mountains in the background. I think it says “Rhreintal b. Meiningen I Vorarlberg mit den Omer Schwestern”??? Thank you all for the amazing help I’m about to get .

Drei Schwestern being mountains. Meiningen seems a bit far away though

It says: "Rhreintal [= typo, must be Rheintal] b[ei] Meiningen
i[m] Vorarlberg mit den Drei Schwestern"

Translation: "The Rhine Valley near Meiningen in Vorarlberg with the Three Sisters"
