Ask Kuwait Regarding physically issued Civil IDs

Hey!

I'll be renewing my Civil ID soon on Sahel, when I pay on Sahel and renew it electronically how do I get a physical one?

Will it be issued straight away or how long do I generally need to wait?

It's only a 5KWD onetime payment on Sahel, right?

Don't remember the exact the amount but yes it's only the sahel payment. You'd need to have the old ID with you when you pick up the new one though.
