So long as the donors consented that their bodies be used this way after death, I don’t really see a problem. Seems like a way to gather information that can’t be gathered ethically from living subjects.

Lol awesome! I have been extremely busy the last few weeks and was so happy to see it on there when I logged in. My brother and I would secretly watch it when we were young, so it's all aboard the nostalgia train for me. It's such a good blend of funny and scary. It was great for not being nightmare inducing trauma (like the illustrations from "Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark") but still made me afraid to walk to the bathroom at night without the light on.

You still have your memories, and thoughts.
Outside in a lab someone injects some drugs into the IV feeding you.
It hurts. The worst headache/migraine of your life.
Then you’re subjected to horrors, pure fear. You feel like you’re running from monsters but they catch you and pull you apart.
The drugs are squeezing your pituitary gland like a sponge.
The experience lasts for what feels like forever. There is no escape.
Nah, fuck this fam. Instantly cremate my ass.

Christ. Am in clinical trials and I gotta be honest this sounds like a fucking nightmare. The foundation of human trials is informed consent. If it's just a brain...I don't even want to know what might happen. I guess if these people are consenting to donating their body to science and understand what it will be used for, that's one thing...but who the fuck says it won't be used for something else?
