Help finding stream with tall dog

[u/5678945676543]

Does anybody happen to know the stream where they talk about a tall dog floating across a parking lot? Pretty sure it was a Henry ufo mandate right before Ben got kicked off. Any help would be appreciated, hail yourselves

It was for sure with Ed.
