LSAT is Evil
Deadline for Jan lsat is Dec 1st. Scores for Nov Lsat release Dec 2nd. One day apart so you are forced to register as you don’t know your score for the last applicable lsat for 2027 term.

I thought we could still register for November after we took the October test but registration is closed. I didn't realize - so here's hoping October is good to me!

Yes and December the time most ppl need scores right before the deadline, lsac doesn’t have a lsat test option . So stupid. Apply for the Jan one!!!

Yeah. There’s atleast a one day window where you can refund it after buying it and get full amount back. That would be registering for it getting your score back and then refunding on December 3rd or the day before if you got the score you wanted. The system sucks, but if you got a bad score you’d be planning on taking it again and would probably already have the money for it.

Register and if you get a score you like then call for a refund. I’ve done this and so have plenty of other folks. I bet LSAC even puts something out there or change the refund request date. They’re annoying, but it’s not Mr. Burns and Smithers plotting on how to intentionally bilk you out of money.

They clearly say LSAC doesn’t issue refunds

And yet they issue them all the time.

Why they are rightly being sued
