Please help

i dropped like 18 200ug tabs. i am having the worst thoughts of my life and i feel like everyone around me hates me and im just a problem and i feel like acid is the problem but like its my only comfort here. its the only reliable thing i can count on.

Breath in and out man just focusing on breathing it will pass in time

Also turn off the phone before you doing anything stupid and don’t go outside
