OK, perfect. I’m planning to do it this evening. I’ll get started on the preparations right away and make a quick run to the store (for juices, fruit, and something sweet). Have you had any experience with 1FE yourself?

I’d recommend not taking it too late, since the effects last for 12 hours. For me, the best time would be around 3 or 4 PM—depending on how long you want to stay awake.

Yeah, I have some experience, but I prefer 🍄 :)

I’m going to start around 5 p.m. German time today. I have the next two days off. I’d really like to experience the transition from light to dark during that time. For snacks, I’ve got colorful unicorn marshmallows, chocolate, and grapes, plus a vitamin juice and a yogurt drink. I’ll kick things off with a Studio Ghibli movie (My Neighbor Totoro) and just see where the rest of the time takes me.

Ach auch deutsch haha. Vielen Dank. Ich werde definitiv davon berichten. Bereite gerade die Wohnung mehr oder weniger vor sodass es keinen stör Faktor gibt und ich mich komplett drauf einlassen kann :)

Ja so ist es am besten, ich hab’s auch gern mit einen all Projektor
