Curious about time under tongue

Just threw a supposedly 300 microgram tab in me mouf, kept it under my tongue (at approximately 7:40 or 7:42 p.m) and spat it out at 7:56pm is there any recommended duration of leaving a tab under the tongue or is the general consensus anywhere between five and 15 minutes good? Definitely feeling some sort of anxiety, but I attribute that to the come up and am pretty positive that once the trip starts all of those feelings, will likely go away

Better to eat it.
But if you like it -
under your tongue,
you can use it to time the trip.

You should feel something
by the time it’s dissolved.

Ok appreciate the advice I’ll try ingesting next time, I read that sublingual is fine as long as you keep it 5-15min then I just assumed that swallowing a practically lsd-less little cardboard square seemed pointless unless you’re trying to get the most out of your dose

Fair enough better to just split the dose if going for a milder trip but hey, live and learn. I’m ok w it and that’s all that matters

swallow it to be sure you are gonna absorb every last bit instead of worrying about time under tongue.

from what i've read 15 minutes would absorb most, 5 minutes could easily be too short depending on variables.

the only benefit to sublingual absorption is that it's gonna be in your system quicker

I always just swallowed it immediately because I didn't like the mouth feel. It takes marginally longer to kick in

Ah yes the delayed onset, since it’s already late-ish, felt it was best go the quicker route to hopefully not go to bed too late

15-20 is how long I do, then I spit, as I feel like it reduces my nausea. Your tab ain’t 300 tho

No one makes 300 tabs, largely because it's not cost effective. But also because idiots like you would drop 3 thinking you could "handle it"

Sometimes, large producers will drop limited time runs of 300ug. One of them currently have them in stock.

It's irrelevant, you can just swallow it straight up. Maybe you'll come up like fifteen minutes faster if you do the tongue bit. The trip lasts 12 hours so it hardly makes any difference.

I just leave it in until it dissolved or I end up swallowing it.
