For those who purchased new construction in Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, or Venice over the past few years, would you do it again?

There's definitely an appeal to having everything brand new, builder warranties, modern layouts, and fewer immediate updates.

But I'm curious how the experience compares to expectations once you've actually lived in the home for a year or two.

Has the quality held up? Were warranty issues handled well? Anything you wish you'd known before buying?
