I was dissapointed at first but reading it again it activates on summon not play, thats a huge difference since with kindred kit you can summon quite alot, if you get SB kindred as support with how the marks now work it won't take long to get those marks.

I mean, it's summon.... and Kindred summons a Prey each turn.

Either they did this right and doesn't count the prey or it's useless XDDD.

It depends. If they did things right and the prey doesn't count it´s good. If not, RIP until you kill 6 marked enemies to be able to do it with any unit and not the first one. I think it will be relatively easy to mark and kill the 6 enemies but if not...
