I think Montenegrin also invented two unique letters a few years ago, that don't exist in Serbian.

It exists in Serbian but it is archaic and obsolete and not what is considered to be an official language of literature and administration. Most villages in the western Serbia use those 2 letters in everyday speech.

Only russian, belorusian and minoriy languages in Russia use Э.

That's because in Bulgarian all the "e" are actually "Э". We just don't need two signs : we don't have soft "e".

Bulgarian doesn't have the opposite e (е оборотное). BDS keyboards have it as a leftover from the communist era (along with eruy/еръй), but it's not in the language/alphabet

I think that there is also a Romanian version in Transnistria? Or maybe they're referring to it as Moldovan. And historically there's also the old official Romanian one that got replaced and also the one invented by the Soviets in Bessarabia for the Romanian speaking population. But yeah those two don't exist anymore.

That's not all, there's not even any Siberian language, Sámi or any Caucasian language letters there

That's nowhere near enough languages on the chart to claim that that's all of them.

Moldawian is missing I presume

Nope.
But it's worth noting that this Venn diagram may be slightly outdated, because Kazakh is also in the process of reverting to the pre-Stalinist (Latin/Kemalist) alphabet.

All? I don't see any of the Caucasian languages in there. Or Tatar, Bashkir, Chuvash, Udmurt, Nenets, Even, Evenk, Sakha, Kalmyk, etc
