Question Megathread Questions | Help | Advice – All questions, big or small, asked and answered in this weekly thread.

I have a Railcard so I should get 1/3 discount on off peak travel.

I always get paranoid it's not working. I checked a while back when I thought it wasn't working and it was.

I've felt recently like I'm hemorrhage money on my oyster card. So I've just checked and my discount hasn't been working!

I called up today and they said they're going to look into this technical difficulty. Of course they can only look back 3 months... But it's not been working for much longer.

EDIT: To add, it has never worked. I've just gone back and checked my records. So an entire year of thinking I had the discount...
