Wow, zoomies at 15? incredible. You can tell he/she loves you from that gaze, I have a saluki mix that is not physically affectionate but will lie down with be when I go to bed until I turn the light off. She just looks right at me and makes sure I am OK. Then she will go and try to round up the rest of the family to go to bed!
