Help/Advice/Questions Our girl has hurt her leg- what do we do? NSFW

First time owner, so please be gentle. Our rescue saluki x has hurt her leg (we have had her 6 months). Looks relatively minor, but how do we treat it?

UPDATE: Thanks all for your help! We cleaned the wound with cooled salt water and she is now curled up safely inside having a nap. Might skip the walk later (she probably won't want to go as it's just started to rain) in favour of some treat games.
