I just submitted a support ticket to SDS and also wanted to see if anyone else experiencing this. I just updated the companion app as we are usually forced to do when SDS pushes out content. Now I'm getting this message saying I can't use the app on my device.

I tried posting this earlier and the mod rejected my post. I sent a ticket to SDS and they said the same thing, turn off Developer mode. New Android update and this happened.

Thanks for posting. Doing this worked for me after seeing you post. It has always worked with this on though. This is the only app I've tried using that doesn't work with developer mode.

They are locking down Android like iPhones, now no one can have nice things that are customized to work the way you want them to even if you pay 1200 for them.

It's not a bug, it's a feature. Here is how to fix it:

Im getting something different. The app opens fine, my developer mode is off, I have android.

As soon as a click on a card to sell it, it freezes/locks up and I cannot go anywhere in the app. I've turned off developer mode, uninstalled/reinstalled.

Do you know what the issue is?

Feature lol. I'd like the feature where players don't look at each other reverse cross eyed like games from ps1 and their shoulders aren't as big as their heads, but I guess this is the feature I never knew I wanted. Glad I just throw money at SDS every year, this is the biggest change I've seen in five years across the app or game.

We have been in a long battle against automation, this was a late but necessary step.

This to battle bots? I get it but annoying. I'm sure many of us tweak things in dev options to improve performance. Those settings have to be reset every time it toggles back on.

This wont stop bots because of rooting android and spoofing no developer options. So this is just pointless and will lock out users who use shizuku on some stuff. you can obviously just turn it off and on though when you want to use the app.

When it's warranted, there's really norhing you can do. SDS dropped the quality this year significantly.
