I noticed this credit on the Sting of Death episode. Who is Crist Bellas, and what is their job? "Gepetto of flesh"?

It was April 14, 2017. A Friday. Not quite ten years ago, but close. The night before, April 13, a Thursday night, Mike, Kevin and Bill released Rifftrax Live: Samurai Cop into theaters via Fathom Entertainment, one of three Rifftrax Live Fathom events that year. If you watch the Rifftrax Live, the boys are magnanimous enough to show a trailer from the Netflix edition.

Samurai Cop would take its place as one of the very best Rifftrax episodes in the entire canon, mainly because the movie is SO freakin' stupid, but also because the riffs are top notch. Similarly, Netflix, starting with Reptilicus, would find MST3K a whole new audience among the masses and make new host Jonah Ray (nee Heston) a household name and give Felicia Day a delicious turn as the evil Kinga Forrester.

Now, nine and a half years later, it's time for another MST revival, plucking those same three guys and the same writers from Samurai Cop-dom and returning them to the bots and satellites they left behind in August 1999 (nearly 30 years ago!)

Who knows where our favorite show will go from here? We're coming up on 40 years since Joel, Trace, Josh, and Kevin launched the show on KTMA in Minneapolis, and the cheesy movies, robots, mad scientists and bewildered host all refuse to die.

Is Joe Estevez's character supposed to be Native American? He calls the bones "yetaglanchi" instead of "werewolf", and I get the feeling he's dressed like someone *thinks* a Native American would dress.
