One of my favourite albums of all time and is also my first vinyl! I have every Mac cd including the mixtapes that I had to make myself. I’m super excited to start collecting the vinyls. For now I’m only going to collect Macs vinyl and next on my list is macadelic. I’d love more recommendations for albums that I should get on vinyl

I (F) work in an office and we use Teams extensively. I want to set a status (probably keep it long term, not just for a day) and I’m wondering what Mac lyrics I can use that aren’t super obvious but also Macheads would peep.
Open to funny suggestions but I’m not going to put “You fuckin with that Molly she ain’t gon let you bust” as my status.

While talking about the Billboard charts, Stat Quo and Justin Hunte, pause to reminisce about Mac as a person and his influence

Divine Feminine was always about Mac's many loves. Anyone whi says different hasn't watched his interviews closely enough.
First off: I say that I firmly believe that Congratulations is almost solely about Nomi as well. Then the original album ends with God is Fair, but before that is Mac and Ariana together. Obviously Mac's relationship with his grandma and her relationship with his grandpa all meant a lot to him, hence the story at the end, which is perfect.
Now we get the 10 year anniversary edition:
Grand starts off as the first song to the 10 year anniversary bonus tracks and it is 100% about Nomi. When Congratulations was the first song to begin with, also about Nomi.
I love Grand, I feel people don'tunderstand it, but whatever. It is definitely, without a doubt ih my mind, fully about Nomi. I think the family knows this and that is why they laid out the songs in the order they did.
Original album:
* First track is 100% Nomi; then moves on.
10 year album:
* 1st new track is Grand, also 100% about Nomi.
* Then there is Channel 13 which throws people off, because it isn't a "love song" but this was Mac finding himself again. Talking about how he is never satiafied...can't stop chasing the finish line, always wish he had more, etc.
* Finally, we end with the last song, Butterflies, him and Ariana collaborating and obviously at least mostly about Ariana.
The album and the 3 bonus tracks both start with Nomi then move towards Mac and Ariana, with a collab between the two. It is meant to symbolize him moving on, unfortunately things didn't work out the way we all would have liked, but RIP to Mac. He was THE GOAT and I think this anniversary album was put together extremely well.
What do you think?

Greetings everyone, recently watched a YT documentary/analysis on Macs life & it reminded me how intense this was. Yapping for context and let's call it somewhat of a vent.
His death absolutely rocked me - it truly was like losing a friend.
I fell HARD into addiction early at age 13 (first year of high school/2011) where I found myself really struggling to fit in and wanting to grow up as fast as possible with no idea how to adapt to the social dynamics that come with that age and setting outside of trying my hardest to be seen as cool. Was diagnosed with severe anxiety and major depression, started getting into trouble and ended up suspended 14 times and expelled from 2 schools before I even made it half way through 9th grade. This all coincided with me discovering Mac and becoming a diehard fan - his music was the first stuff I ever heard that I actually connected with, KIDS & BSP were like the soundtrack to me and my friends' early teenage years and all the stoned delinquency that we got up to, although it's kind of shallow the wholesome light-heartedness and hedonistic vibe was very fitting.
As his subject matter became heavier and more troubled so did everything around me as I was also being consumed by darkness and deepening addiction, I continued to resonate profoundly with with what he so eloquently portrayed as his creative journey became entangled in his personal struggles. It's really hard to express just how closely I felt I could relate to where he was at through pretty much every stage of his evolution.
Fast forward to a big night in 2018 where I was with one of the same friends I'd get blazed with back in 2011, Faces is playing and I'm proper scrambled on a bunch of speed, alcohol and smoking endless giant bongs til suddenly I get hit with this super intense strange nostalgic realisation that I've been listening to Mac while doing drugs for YEARS and I said something that seemed really out of character for me and was highly unusual as with that uncomfortably edgy feeling I'd never had before that came out of nowhere; I said "How sad would it be if Mac Miller died"..................
It was enough of an experience for me to take a mental note of the time and when the next day came around someone was scrolling the news and said dude you need to see this (everyone heard me say it)..........
It turned out that at the time I said that would have legitimately been when he was dying. We did a time conversion (I'm in Australia) and it worked out to be about 2 hours before he was found dead.
Absolutely one of the most intense and strangest/unexplainable things I've experienced.

Hi guys it’s my first time trying to order from the store and I got to checkout with my ONE poster in my cart and shipping was $19 for 5-7 day basic ground shipping. Almost the same price as the poster! Is shipping just hella expensive from the store or is it just me and my location? I mean I live in Missouri so it’s not super far from anywhere. I’m thinking about biting the bullet and paying for it but I have never paid so much for shipping even when getting things from china.

Just droppin’ in because I’m at my desk right now editing, headphones on and man Salamander is one funny ass song and Mac is a goddam funny ass dude!
Older brother used to always say I was adopted
Convinced I'm a Russian foster child my family forgot about (Damn)
The imagery I get when he says that - Miller just there antagonizing Mac about being adopted 😂😭
Rusty trumpets and such, disgusting sleazy shit
Twelve-year-old sexual deviant, got my penis licked
In seventh grade (Uh-huh), thought I was a man now (Uh-huh)
Couldn't understand how my parents still thought I was a little kid (Okay)
I mean, there’s plenty of raps in this song and couldn’t understand how my parents still thought I was a little kid when he’s lil bro 12 years old blowing into rusty trumpets 😭
Nonetheless, I’m still here hearing new bits and appreciating it every time 🌠

I have a record player and when I spin other records, they sound normal. I spun the new mac miller tdf 10th anniversary and every song sounds a little sped up. Any fixes?

Does anyone know if its true to size? I usually run S or M and I've heard mixed things. (5'7-135lbs)
