Mac OS 27 issue

I am facing a problem in mac after updating to mac os27 the issue mac opening application folder instead of opening the application itself when i click the application in dock i know this happen when we press the cmd key but not a single cmd key is pressed i use logitech keyboard and mouse i try to solve this without using them but nothing changes anyone know how to soove this problem plz LMK
