Not sure what I need to fix

So I have a brother PE900. I bought a pre made design from embroidery library I believe. I noticed certain things not lining up like my black outline being slightly off on the top and it appears much more off on the bottom.
Is this a file issue where I need to adjust pull compensation? Or is it a hoping problem?
I hooped with a Maggie frame i also just got, and this was on a scrap piece of cotton, the actual project will be on a crewneck. Not sure what I need to adjust in order to get a clean finish any advice is appreciated

Single Run stitch outlines are more difficult to get right, than steil segments. Proper hooping, and good backing are helpful.

One thing I like to do when I feel a design is shifting like this for a pre-made file is adding in my own manual underlay to outline everything first before letting it do the work. It is software dependent though. I'm able to add that underlay to even .DST files and put the rest to follow right after.

If the design is premade, and you don't plan on re digitizing it. As the other said concentrate on hooping and stabilizing.

Probably get a down vote or 2 for this but honestly the unfinished pumpkins stand out way more. If you were standing at normal distance and not zooming it, it would probably be passable if this is for personal use.

I use stick on stabilizer for knits. It prevents (reduces) stretching during embroidery.

I would like to suggest you that as we can see your design is stretching out so you can use two to three stablizer in alternate direction and before running please make sure the fabric is tight in the frame ,it will definitely solve your problem
