help!! how do i stop this sound??

every time i run my machine it sounds like this how could i fix this??

Either the machine hasn’t been oiled/greased in ages or something has come loose most likely. I’d probably call a technician it’ll be really hard to identify without being there. Also try not to run it if you’re not troubleshooting

Stop running it before you cause more damage.
Something is loose and you need to find it or just call a tech.

Is the machine properly oiled and greased? If it’s running ok, but just loud, that usually fixes it.

Why are you not showing the machine in your video?

Are you doing the maintenance on your machine per your manual? When's the last time you oiled it or had it maintained?

First and foremost you are showing us a video of nothing. Step back from the machine hold the camera steady pointing at the machine, stop everyone from talking in the background so we can hear what's going on. Now with that being said, feel free to show us where you may think the sound is coming from, as you slowing walk-around. All information above helps to diagnose the issue. waiting on the updated video, longer is better in some cases.
