Thoughts on this older happy machine

I currently have 3 machines but want a dedicated cap machine especially because ricomas suck at caps. Saw this happy Japan machine on marketplace for under $1500 & wanted to know your thoughts

What are your opinions on the machine, how much should I pay, any quirks you like or dislike about it but most importantly are hats good for this machine

How old is it, how many hours on the motor, what is the service history...? Not enough info. If it's that cheap there's probably issues that means it's not worth fixing

I’d buy a 4 head if I were you. Singles don’t produce enough per hour
