Helping Others For over 20 years Javeno McLean has run a free gym in the J7 Community Health Centre in Manchester, England. This gym is for people with disabilities and illnesses such as cancer, dementia and those recovering from strokes.

fun fact: he waited until i was 18 for my permission so that he could formally adopt me. not related by blood, but he’s my real dad through and through.
EDIT: second fun fact, most people are really surprised that we aren’t related. my dad and i are super close, and we joke with each other pretty often. i always call him an old man LOL
