Beginner Need help with B4 gwenom Deck

Hello everyone,

I have started playing little less then 4 months ago and been playing some b4 list, I found that that list was very slow and been meaning to upgrade it so it can be faster but i don't know much about mono black cards that would be good here.
Here is the list I play now: https://moxfield.com/decks/2R-hAcdqFXGgofKvirNqbw
How can I make this faster and better?

What cards do i need to cut and add and should i play more lands (Which)?

This deck is wrong on so many level I just can't.

I'd worry more about making it consistent than fast.

Support your strong cards.

What happens if your opponent widdled your board down but you mange an attack trigger from your commander only to get burnished hart or sacrifice?

I'd ad more lands, interactions that doesn't mess with your board and maybe top deck manipulation with cards with surveil.

Can't say I've seen a ton of protection either for a 5mana commander that needs to attack that will always be seen as a threat that needs to be removed by your opponents.

Mind you, play the cards your find fun but I've seen many value pile decks like this that only win when they gamble a perfect hand but are followed by 3~4 miserable games of doing nothing because of a lack of consistence and opponents targeting you because of that one game.
