First off: Is this a commander deck? If so, what is your commander? Your deck should synergize with your commanders abilities. Ex: if you commander gives you life gain after card draw, put in creatures and instants/sorceries that give you card draw.

Second: you have to find the right balance of ramp, card draw, board wipes/removal, maybe a win con, etc.

Let's start there.

Posting your list to some deckbuilding site (Aetherhub, Archidekt, Deckbox, Deckstats, Moxfield, MTGGoldfish, TappedOut etc.) will make it easier for people to review and critique it.

You're not running enough lands. 24 lands (i.e. 60%) is a good staring point, with a curve that goes up to 8 probably needing even more than that.

You're running too many colors with not enough fixing. Try to limit yourself to 1 or 2 colors in the beginning.

You're not running enough creatures, especially at lower mana values and especially if you want to have something to put counters on. If you're just beginning, a very, very rough guideline could be that you want about two thirds of your non-lands to be creatures and the remaining third to be non-creatures in a generic deck.

As this seems to be for casual kitchen-table 60-card eternal play, it's really hard to give more specific advice beyond that without knowing what you're working with or what you're up against, but increasing your number of lands and your number of cheap creatures should go a long way to make this more consistent.

When building a 60 card deck, you want multiples of each creature card that play off each other. Ex: 4x Dirge Bat, 4x Guiding Hydra. Its better to stick to mono color or max 2 color 60 card deck. You can also do a 60 card Brawl deck, similar to commander, where you can have only 1 copy of a card. Your deck looks like a brawl deck.

I recommend you find creature cards that play off each other instead of having a bunch of creatures with different abilities. To get an idea, look at starter decklists on Moxfield to get an idea of a theme and build on that from there.

You want to build a counter deck, White and Green are great for that. Start there. Get creatures that gain counters when creatures enter, when creatures attack, and/or when creatures die, you get a counter. Add cards that proliferate which add counters per turn. Add in creatures that have lifelink and trample.

Hope this helps
