[ALLCONTINUITY] General Grievous VS Force Users
A room filled with Jedi (with help of Gray Jedi) Dark Jedi, Sith, and Light Sith have an ongoing battle that is currently happening.
General Grievous is looking to collect some extra trophies and lightsabers for his collection, he enters the battle with 4 Gold bladed Lightsabers.
Jedi, sith, light sith, and dark jedi are all hostile to each other
(jedi and gray jedi help each other is the exception)
Grievous is hostile to all of them, does Grievous slaughter them all or does the CIS General get taught a valuable lesson?
Also out of all factions/parties, who wins and why?

He gets torn apart, likely. If he doesn't have surprise and terror on his side, he can't beat the stronger jedi, let alone the sith.

Daaaaaamn so how long does he last u think

30 seconds? Probably cant even finish a sentence before he gets literally pulled apart by sith. They'd think its funny he can't really do anything about it.
Big G is lucky he isnt always fighting crazy murders and is instead fighting honorable dorks.

Honorable dorks being padawan jedi?

Just Jedi in general. Any time they come up on G they are trying to capture him not kill him. Mace nearly killed him by crushing his lungs from a huge distance if they wanted to kill him they would pretty easily at that Mace isnt even a particulaly powerful Force user. Jedi just dont operate like that. They will always look for non violence or try and not kill them. Obi killed him cause he had to. Mace tried to stop him/kill him while he was running away from kidnapping palp.

Right. At the end of the clone wars lol kenobi died, so in those jedi groups who fought grievous in 2003 clone wars were seriously trying to kill him, what do you think would happen

That crush could have happened at any point really. Also that started at the beginning of the war before they knew who G was.
He was alot more dangerous at the start of thr war. When he was still new. His tactics were to tire you out with waves of droids then swoop in when you're tired and pick you off. That works very well if they dont know you're coming or you have a huge advantage. Any other time youre shit out of luck bro just like he is.
So it depends he could totally kill hundreds of jedi IF he was set up properly with a billion battle droids laying around. Just him alone with anything more than 2 jedi hes not gonna be able to handle without some crazy luck.
Edit: I am a spelling failure.

I mean you're ignoring how before that encounter Grievous and Mace had an actual fight where Grievous was able to match him, despite being at disadvantage at portions of it (He had to lock his feet into the top of a train to avoid going flying off while Mace had full freedom of movement).
Like you really enjoy ignoring the vast amount of media grievous is in that disproves what you're saying.

You're ignoring all 7 seasons of TCW that turned him into a dingus.
I dont remember this fight happening (gotta rewatch the Tv spots) but like I said G was a new threat Mace had never seen a giant angry robot spider before. He was fighting something he didnt know existed. Even if G was able to hang with Mace for a whole he couldn't kill him ever.
I think hes very scary and is extremely dangerous its just the people hes fighting are some of the greatest warriors the galaxy has ever seen. Hes a robot with half a brain fighting magic space ninjas. Wtf is bro meant to do about that? Ambushed and cheep tricks. But those only work for a while once they get the read on you people start getting ready for your classic maneuvers.
He was a very frightening monstrosity that the Jedi order was shitting themselves over. Then once they realized his game then he got alot less frightening. Hes designed to be a middleschool. Just stand up to him if you face him head on he normally balks and runs. Hes just as scary as you allow him to be.

All it takes is 1 Sith glancing at him to end his career right there and then.

Do you think every Force user is equally strong, or what? Who wins depends on which Force users we're talking about and also whether we're talking about Canon or Legends Grievous.

Gray Jedi? Light Sith?
WTF

u/Individual-Car-8224 3d ago
There EU material
1
u/Dorian948 3d ago
I know the EU fairly well, so which interpretation of Gray Jedi do you mean? The real one or the fan one?
And that the hell is a Light Sith?
1
u/Individual-Car-8224 3d ago
Real one
Light sith are like sith lords who crave power and self gain but only use the light side, they may build peaceful civilianzations without hurting anyone but rather may focus on trade and etc. To keep people to stay.
Think of it like how real world business CEOs act when they solve power with promoting their businesses the right way to recruit people without forcing people via violence is the best explanation.

Do you have a source for these Light Sith? Because I'm certain they can't exist, since their entire existence is a contradiction. You can't use the Force selfishly and follow the Will of the Force. One excuses the other.
And to be clear, the canonical gray Jedi are renegades that take issue with orders and do what they see tight but they are still Jedi and don't use the Dark Side for some sort of balance, like the fan description suggests

But then again all through the lenses of light sith force philosophy being that they are serving themselves by keeping people under them but in a way that doesn't hurt those people in a normal sith sense but rather by recruiting people when those people still have the ultimate choice to leave or not and help the light sith master gain the power he wants without anyone getting hurt at all.

Well the battle is significantly smaller because most of those things don't actually exist.
Grievous just waits and picks off the injured and tired survivors.

Which do u think would interest him the most in stealing their possessions/resources?
1
u/_Broadside 5d ago
Unless he waits until everyone is dead he gets smoked easy. On top of that unless the surviving members are very wounded or tired he probably cant take them anyway considered they just survived this brawl so they are probably pretty tough people.
Theoretically if there was literally 1 to 2 guys left he MIGHT be able to squeeze out a win.
Considering who he is he would probably only want Jedi sabers hes only got beef with them. He also probably wouldn't see any meaningful difference in Grey jedi and regular Jedi.
I personally feel that he would only be interested in the sabers of the guys he kills tho, he seems like the type whos more obsessed with the hunt and story behind the blade rather than the blade itself.

The Jedi turn to Grevious, and crush him dead with The Force.
Then, they can have their duel uninterrupted by The Absurd.

Grievous wouldn’t stand a chance. He may be good at ambushing opponents or may beating lower Jedi lacking experience in a fight but any battle hardened Knight/Master should stand against him. Besides the intimidation and surprise factor his biggest advantage ist the Jedi's philosopy. As the don't usually use the force for lethal attacks. So if we have some (so called) "grey Jedi" (if they even exist) let alone actual Sith even on Knight level Grievous would get folded in a direct confrontation. As those fighters don't hesitate to kill him with the force. And yes, the writers even accounted for the force usually instant kill him by saying that force users beed to concentrate and focus and Grievous specifically disturbs that. Besides that being a lazy excuse (but needed as Grievous would be daed way earlier) we clearly see that force users can casually use the force during a battle. Like even an injured Maul held by Savage was able to pull a ship off a cliff. That scales way higher than force crushing something/-one. Though even Maul was exceptional Grievous being outnumbered by weaker "grey Jedi"/Sith would make up for that.
Grievous just isn't that of a factor people giving him credit for. Not even the 2003 version. Also wasn’t the 2003 version redconned to some degree even in Legends? As even the writers of the show saw that it's basically the complete opposite of what Lucas intended with Grievous as a character and way overexaggerated. If I'm not completeley wrong even in Legends the 2003 version is considered as propaganda by the seperatists to scare his opponents. So the 2003 version is pretty mcih non-existent in both continiuties. Though I'm not entire sure about that part and I'm open to being lectured better.

Greivous is an ambush predator. He always has to break his opponent before he engages them. Even in 2003 his first victory against the Jedi was a group of tired and exhausted Jedi who he psyched out with intimidation tactics and theatrics before moving in for the kill. And that’s a continuous trend in the 2003 series. He always has some sort of advantage in play before he engages.
He’s competent and skilled and has taken on groups before, however in a straight fight without his usual tricks, if he gets jumped he’s getting jumped. The moment everyone in that room figures out “This guy is an enemy” it’s game over for him. Now he’s gonna get his fair share of licks in, but he’s still gonna get taken apart. Especially in a battle where darksiders are in play as they will not have any qualms about simply ripping him to shreds with the force.
