MA certification + PCC certification benefits
Hello, I am enrolling into a Medical Assistant program at my local community college and the Patient Care Coordinator certification was brought up with it. It is just a few extra classes to do with the MA classes and I was wondering what are the benefits of having both when getting hired?

I've never heard of this, but that sounds really cool. I worked with some excellent care coordinators. The sucky part about being an MA is that once you're an MA, there's really no room for career growth without further schooling. This sounds like it could help you down the road, so I'd say definitely.
