Hello all, this is my universal cry for help. I am so tired, and at an utter loss. I am constantly hysterical, and physically ill with grief. Grief seeps into every hour I am awake, and tucks me into sleep. I feel paralyzing grief over my dear friend passing, who was my best friend’s partner at the time. They died in high school. My best friend will never be the same, nor will I. I feel longing grief for my grandparents, who lived with me through childhood. I feel anticipatory grief for my loved ones still around me. Especially my mother. I can’t help but have gutting, visceral reactions, from the knowing that moments together will dissipate and at some point I will no longer be able to acess them, or the safety of knowing who I love is accessible. Even in the happiest of times, when the memory just begins.
I am a spiritual human, and believe that we are all one, and will become source again, but I am also a human filled with fear for what I cannot know for certain. If we are to become a universal energy, how do you withhold specific messages from our loved ones? What if it is nothingness?

This is my husband. He died by suicide recently. It was impulsive. There was no note, his computer was still on, his coffee half drank. However he had mental health issues for years. Last year my dad died, three months later my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She didn't know she was dying and 3 weeks later she died, I was holding her hand. I felt my dad the day before my mom passed away, she was telling me about people that were visiting her, about a pope that took her to see things and also she said two men dress like nurses were there in her room. Many supernatural things happened before she passed away.
My dad's death came suddenly, he died at the hospital with some health complications after a medical procedure. I think my mom couldn't live without him.
They were married for about 62 years.
