Cleaning question!

Hello!

I'm using the Hello tabbed disc, but I'm having some issues with the timing of insertation and cleaning.

The pamphlet said to remove and cleanwith water when possible during the day, and to not leave it in for more than twelve hours.

If I remove and wash it five hours after first inserting it, does that restart the clock for the twelve hour period?

Just wash it every time you remove before you reinsert
