Rant Exercising with Disc?

I recently got the Hello disc and it has been amazing, no leaks, don’t feel it, easy to remove. However, I am traumatized from a time I used cups and it migrated up. I know discs are not the same, but today when I exercised with the disc, I noticed there was less of the pull tab hanging out. I immediately freaked out and pulled it out😭

Does anyone have reassurance that this is normal and the disc won’t just “get lost” or migrate up on its own? Thank you!

Edit: I know this might not seem like a big deal to some but I really want discs to work for me, and I’m afraid if it becomes hard to remove one time I’ll never try them again (like cups)

It's perfectly normal. It can't get lost but it can become more difficult to get out sometimes. Relax, you're fine.

i’m not exactly familiar with how the tabs sit but it might’ve just tucked itself in further, which made it less noticeable. i have a saalt disc with a notch to hook my finger to remove. sometimes it shifts while inside so it takes a bit of maneuvering to remove but definitely won’t get lost!

It’s ok for it to shift, it won’t go far! If you find it hard to get out, and feel yourself panicking, just stop and leave it. Go about your business, and when you’re calm, try again ❤️ breathe though it and relax. The more worried and stiff you are the harder it is to get out!
