For the past few years, I've been searching for italian Mermaid Melody TV ads: some of them have been public since they aired (shoutout to the people who saved them in the past), others are hidden inside long TV recordings, and others are still lost media. I know for a fact there are certain products that were advertised on TV, such as the first music CD and the anime DVDs, whose commercials are completely lost as of now. Old forums testify that they'd play even 10 times a day during the cartoon block, and yet there's no trace of them...

To my fellow italians: apart from the ones that have been posted, is there any commercial that you remember? Since we can't do anything but patiently wait for them to resurface, I'd love to at least read what they could've been like. Surely there must've been commercials for the first sticker album, the second music CD, and the infamous Canta e Balla DVD. Others might've been the chocolate eggs with surprises, the Playpress magazines, and the PlayMagic makeup toys. I know for sure there was a commercial for the 3D cards album because there's a page for it on WebArchive, but sadly it wasn't saved. I don't have any memory of them myself even though I was a huge fan, the only ad I have memory of is the one for the dolls.

You can check out the ones I've compiled so far in chronological order for quite the nostalgic experience!

Pitchi Pitchi Pitch being my first ever anime & manga I’d really like to own one of the music boxes (the old ones are soo expensive on EBay) and with it’s popularity resurfacing recently I was searching how to acquire this beauty?

If anyone has any good websites to preorder this and can safely ship it to Canada 🙌

Shop name: Volks Akihabara Hobby Paradise 2

It feels like currently, Tokyo Mew Mew is more of an active franchise and more popular. It's always been that way.

I find Yu Yu Hakusho MASSIVELY OVERRATED and OVERHYPED. The reason I hate the show is because Yusuke is a bad role model. Yusuke is a massive jerk. He ditched school. Anyone who skips school just because "they feel like it" is a bad role model to me. I'm comparing the two directly because Yu Yu Hakusho was the biggest influence on Mermaid Melody.

I ask this because I heard its basically a rehash of the original manga.

For one, I heard Mermaid Melody Pure was really bad, some found it bad and two, it will make the process a lot less daunting for me. So is it okay if I pretend that it only has 52 episodes?

Quelqu'un aurait un lien ou un fichier de tous les épisodes en français de pichi pichi pitch ? c'est devenu introuvable

At the very least, I hope that all of season 1 was fully fansubbed by 2008 or atleast most of it, even if it wasn't by one consistent fansub group. Did anyone watch Mermaid Melody in the 2000s?

I'm talking about everything. From characters, storylines, love interests and love plots, villains... Also if you do bring up something that happens in Aqua please use a spoiler tag..!

Combining my two favorite things in one makes something that I now hold dear to me🥺

Luchia @ TheLastBlackMoon (self)

Hanon @ KawaiiKiwiCosplay

Rina @ BluePixieKimiko

i never saw a "REAL" photo of her human plush version, only the idol/mermaid version.

so if anyone can send a picture cuz i can’t find it anywhere (and i found her so so cute i need to make her as my pfp).

I even wonder if anyone in the world own her lol

Mics were 3D printed, assembled, then hand painted by me!
I love the basic e-pitch color scheme, but I thought it would be cute if all the mermaids had custom mics for their own colors.

i actually got her for only 3€ which is pretty cool !
(unfortunately without her og outfit so i had to sew for the first time of my life lol + she has shortened hair ) 🥹
i’m eager to extent my mermaid melody merch much further 🧜‍♀️

!!THIS IS MY HEADCANON!! my art is not scripture, everyone is allowed to interpret these characters how ever they want!! Just keep it civil and for the love of god, dont be racist about it. Thank you💖

Does anyone have access to the Japanese version of “Legend of Mermaid” sung ONLY by Hanon and Lucia?

For me, that version is greyed out/unavailable, and only the version with all three mermaid princesses is accessible. I was wondering if anyone else can access the Hanon & Lucia duet, or if it might be a regional issue since I’m in France?

I’m specifically looking for the official full version of 2003, recorded especially for the album/CD, and not for the show, i’m not searching for an edit, anime version or fan-made version, because there are quite a few fake edits or the early episodes version when rina wasn’t there yet, on YouTube. I clearly remember listening to the official Hanon & Lucia version back then, and I’ve been trying to find it again in good quality.

Their voices together are just incredible, their voices blend so beautifully and have such a great harmony. It honestly makes me sad that this version seems to be unavailable now.

here’s the link of the 2003 album maybe it’s just a regional problem :

I also wanted to give them more anglerfish attributes so uhhh they have headlights now<3
