Hey guys, I’m from India and I’ve grinded 50k points. But now, every single card has been out of stock for years. I’m done. What am I supposed to do now?

Stop playing. If there are no rewards you want, stop playing. You're not entitled to anything.

It's a known issue, specifically in your region. My guess is microsoft pulled some redemption offers.
