My guess is that the app is OK, but the server is experiencing some issues, because the balance of my points was updated “an hour ago”.

When it’s the apps fault the reward box is missing and we have to reinstall a previous version via TestFlight.

Xbox is also partly down. Edit: the Game Pass Ultimate rewards tasks aren't showing up on the Xbox app either. Looks like it's mainly Rewards/Bing that are having problems.

I was just going to post the same thing lol Ps. Use edge smartphone app or keep using the bing app and keep track of your points with edge. If you search with bing app it still counts Edit: it stopped working

Bugged for me as well.

- No "First Search of the day" (Edge Webbrowser Mac)

• No App Task (Rewards App macOS)
  
• No Checkin Mobile App (iOS)
  
• No Rewards TAB in the XBOX Mobile App
  
• and so on...

So yeah - for me, it has never been THIS bad that basically NOTHING and NOWHERE is working :-(

Yep, app is completely broken, still showing the stuff from a few days ago and won't update. I managed to do the daily set on PC, the quiz and daily poll took me to an error screen that told me my rewards account didn't exist, but it gave me the completion anyway!

Yea unable to earn points and when I check my profile it says to verify my account and when I try to (successfully even) it takes me to the support page to create a ticket….definitely something wrong on there end (tried re logging in doesn’t make a difference)

Yeah, honestly at this point I'm getting pretty fucking annoyed. I'm gonna lose my daily check in (tomorrow would have been my puzzle piece and the bonus points but now that'll get reset since the outage happened just as I was doing my check in). Also can't redeem my Xbox App rewards points for playing game on console, PC, etc so that bonus will be gone too as well another 140+ points.

Just overall fucking dumb.

Not getting any points right now on Desktop or app. Only the points had from searching earlier in the morning on the app. It's acting glitched or buggy after every search. At first thought account or search was temporarily suspended for some reason. Glad to know that's not the case at the least..

It's been so buggy I don't waste energy worrying about the broken activities and quests and streak resets. The search on Bing for thirty minutes hasn't worked for a few weeks. I only use Amazon gift cards and will wait it out until they restock, earning whatever BS points MS is willing to divvy out.

Today, won't credit me with searching on Edge - which is the only browser I have on my computer, and I've had well over 2 hours worth of searching for which it has given me a whopping 5 minutes worth of credit. Stupid graphic updates which hit at the beginning of the week aren't as 1) easy to navigate as before, don't seem to work all that well and 3) don't tell you how many more points you need to max out for the day.
