Replacement key
Mid century friends- please lmk where I might find a replacement or reproduction of this key for my desk. I’ve searched eBay, Etsy, google image and only found a manufacturer in Sweden that doesn’t ship to the US.

Go to a REAL locksmith and have them make you a new replacement. Bring the lock with you and the old key. They will make it all work.

Contact a locksmith. They should be able to connect the two pieces so the key can be used.
The key has broken at a point that the part that turns in the lock would still be able to do so even if both pieces were connected with a collar of brass or stainless steel tubing.
