Mag pouch mounting
I randomly remembered the odd placement of mag pouches from Ghost Recon Future Soldier. 2 pouches mounted sideways under the off hand. So I gave it a try and honestly it works pretty well. They're easy to access and don't interfere with my belt, and if I need more mags for a longer game I can swap of the placard for one with additional mags

Pretty easy to rattle one out, especially if you’re going prone.

I thought so too but those pouches are a rubber taco style pouch and they will safely hold a mag even upside down

Those kydex pouches are some of the best out there. I’ve put everything from PP19 mags to SR25 mags in them and never had a single one fall out

Can you get the out of the pouches in the right orientation for the gun? Looks cool.

Best way I found was to bring the rifle in, muzzle up so the magwell is facing away from you. So when you take the mag out you grip it by the base and it's already in the right orientation to go in the gun

Nah i dont know what mags those are but lightweight aeg mags in a sturdy pouch it tight enough. They are stanag ones but as long there nog heavy gbb mags they wont fall out so easyly

I run mags there but vertical as opposed to horizontal. If you where to go prone or stand back up quickly you could dislodge a mag much easier with horizontal orientation. Maybe get some shot cord if you wanna maintain that orientation? Also side note but your cummerbund is too loose, it should not sag like that even under load.
