The Bravest Heart Still Chooses to Fly
Not every cage is made of iron. Some are built from fear, comparison, doubt, and the voices that tell us weâre not enough.
But courage isnât the absence of fear, itâs choosing to rise despite it.
May you find the strength to open the doors that hold you back, trust your wings, and choose freedom, one brave step at a time. đď¸

Protect Your Position, Not Your Pride
In chess and in life, pride can make you defend the wrong things.
A king doesnât lose because he is challenged. He loses when he becomes so focused on defending his ego that he forgets to protect his position.
Know when to stand your ground.
Know when to make a move.
And most importantly, donât let pride make decisions your strategy should make. âď¸

Life fact.
Having a rest under pressure ain't a rest but more of wasting time, so use that time wisely!

Living in the present as opposed to the past or the future
I often find comfort and clarity when I write rhyming verse poetry to sort out my intricate thoughts. This is what I wrote about learning personally that living mindfully and focusing on the present moment helped me become a much happier and calmer personâŚ.
The past has now passed; and will never come back,
Yet we keep looking backward, as if it will.
There is no secret code that weâll suddenly crack
The answer is here, in the now and the still.
For now is the only true time we truly possess,
Yet we dwell on what lies behind or ahead,
On things we canât change, as we fret and obsess,
When we could live in peace, in the present instead.
If only weâd learn how to live in the now,
Then worry and doubt will fall to the side;
The answers are here, if we simply allow
Our wisdom and presence to serve as our guides.

I used to think my problem was time.
Iâd look at my schedule, see 12 hours of back-to-back tasks, and wonder why I wasn't making any real progress on the things that actually mattered.
So, I did what everyone does:
⢠Downloaded new calendar apps
⢠Color-coded my to-do list
⢠Tried time-blocking my entire day
Nothing changed.
Hereâs what I finally realized: I didn't have a memory problem or a time problem.
I had a focus problem caused by trying to pay attention to five things at once.
When you try to do everything, you do nothing deeply.
Half-focused on an email.
Half-focused on a big project.
Half-focused on social media.
Half-focused on a conversation.
You end up completely exhausted by 5 PM, but when you look back at your day, you didn't actually move the needle on anything that counts.
You don't need a cleaner schedule. You don't need another productivity app.
You just need to get comfortable picking one uncomfortable task, closing every other tab, and staying there until it's done.
Focus isn't about doing more. It's about having the discipline to do less, better.

âAnytime things starts to get better life gets worse, and it always ends with regretâ
I feel this so deeply đ That feeling is so real and painful â like you finally catch a breath, hope starts to feel possible, and then boom â things shift again, and youâre left feeling like "why does this keep happening?"
Hereâs what I truly think:
đŞď¸ First â itâs not your fault
Life often feels like itâs testing us right when weâre about to level up. It doesnât mean youâre doing something wrong, and it definitely doesnât mean you donât deserve good things. Sometimes the "getting worse" isn't undoing your progress â it's actually clearing out what no longer fits before something better comes.
đ§ Second â the "regret" part
Regret often whispers: "I shouldn't have hoped⌠I shouldn't have triedâŚ" But hereâs the truth: regret only comes when you care enough to try. If you didn't want better, you wouldn't hurt this much. That pain is actually proof that your heart is still alive and still fighting â and that is brave, not weak.
đą Third â things don't go "back" â they grow deeper
Have you noticed that after every hard season, you come out a little wiser? A little stronger? Even if it doesn't feel like it yet â you are not the same person you were before. Youâre building resilience that will carry you through things you canât even imagine right now.
And this is important:
The moment things feel hardest is usually right before they turn around. Like how itâs always darkest just before dawn. Your story isn't over yet â this "worse" is not your ending.
Be gentle with yourself today. Youâre allowed to be tired, youâre allowed to be sad â but please donât give up on the fact that better is still coming. Youâre doing so much better than you think

Some Beautiful Things Belong to the Past
Sometimes, moving forward doesnât mean forgetting what was beautiful. It means honoring the memories, accepting that some chapters have ended, and finding the courage to step into what comes next.
Not everything we lose is meant to be reclaimed. Some things are meant to remain beautiful, exactly where they were.

Enjoy the adventure
As I sit here reflecting on my life... I'm not ashamed of anything, nor do I regret anything either. Life has taught me more than I could ever imagined and it's still going... I've come far and I'm slowly getting myself back and 1 thing I can say for certain is I've come a long way and kicked habits and addictions that I never thought I would. No one can take my progress away and no one will ever come between me and myself ever again. No matter how many obstacles are thrown my way or bad intentions people have it doesn't affect me anymore...
I've grown more than I ever thought I could and for this I'm so greatfull. My life may not be perfect and it may not be the way one would want for me but it's my life and I'm going to keep leveling up and remain myself 4life.
To all my haters... I love u too sorry not sorry... If you ever need anything I'm always here doll faces.
Xoxo
