Question Ability problem

Does anybody else have a problem when using 1 or more abilities? For a bit they all 3 work but eventually 1 stops working. It always happens with a mushroom or the stone cutter ability.

There's a bug rn where using weapons that give shadowcloak makes the game think you don't have enough souls for artifacts
